Position Overview

We are hiring a Technical Consultant for our new office in Egypt. The role reports to the Country Manager and focuses on managing Digital Applications/Transformation Projects based on leading technologies such as Atlassian, Odoo, Microsoft, etc., for customers requiring agility, process digitization, and tailor‑made applications.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management
• Lead technical teams, demonstrating proven leadership
• Provide technical expertise across multiple technologies
• Design solutions architecture
• Handle installation, monitoring, and integration of IT systems
• Apply development skills in Java and Python (plus)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT consultancy or solutions integration
• Experience managing and maintaining server applications on Linux and Windows
• Minimum 5 years as a team lead or project manager
• Strong understanding of customer business objectives and ability to translate them into application requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
• English proficiency
• Willingness to learn new technologies and lead a growing technical team

Experience and Education

• B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
