Technical Account Manager (TAM)
Travelsoft Pay is building a next-generation payment infrastructure for the travel industry.
Designed by travel and payment experts, our platform combines orchestration, issuing, and PSP integrations to solve real-world complexity across the travel ecosystem (OTAs, tour operators, booking engines, GDS).
We are entering a key phase: going live, supporting operations, and scaling clients.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time Technical Account Manager to support clients during onboarding and in live operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations based in London, this role can be based in our office in Paris or in London.
This is a hands-on, operational support role at the intersection of product, tech, and clients.
Your objective is simple: ensure payment flows run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and clients operate with full clarity and confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for client support (technical & operational)
- Monitor live payment and issuing flows
- Investigate and resolve issues (APIs, transactions, routing, PSPs)
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, compliance) and external partners
- Support clients in using the platform effectively
- Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements
- Help structure and scale support processes
Your Profile
- 2–5 years experience in payments, fintech, or travel tech
- Experience in GDS, booking engines, OTAs, or similar environments
- Experience in technical support, client operations, or similar roles
- Fluent in French and English essential (Spanish is a strong plus)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong sense of ownership and responsiveness
