Legal & Compliance Manager (Part-Time)

Travelsoft Pay is building a next-generation payment infrastructure for the travel industry.

We combine payment orchestration, issuing, and PSP integrations to solve real-world complexity across tour operators, OTAs, and booking platforms.

We are now entering a critical phase: going live, scaling partners, and handling real payment flows.

The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Legal & Compliance Manager (part‑time) to support and structure our legal and compliance foundations as we scale.

This is not a theoretical role. You will be directly involved in contracts, partners, and product compliance decisions.

What you will do

Contracts & Partners

• Draft, review, and manage agreements with payment providers and partners
• Own first‑pass contract reviews and manage lifecycle

Compliance (practical)

• Support PCI DSS and GDPR implementation with tech and ops
• Ensure processes are followed
• Identify risks across payment flows, data handling, and integrations
• Ensure alignment with TSPay’s model
• Bring practical, actionable solutions

Scaling

• Build templates, checklists, and processes that scale
• Support partner onboarding from a legal/compliance perspective

Profile

• 3–5 years experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments
• Experience with commercial contracts (PSPs or tech partners is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of GDPR and basic PCI concepts
