Why we need you
Our growth drives us to strengthen our Technical Account Management (TAM) team to support the Enterprise segment, specifically for strategic prospects and clients in Italie.
Your mission: act as the technical account manager of a post-sales relationship based on trust to ensure technical success, delivery, and long-term alignment between Scaleway’s roadmap and the client\'s business challenges.
Your future team
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers and a spirit of sharing help bring projects to life. You will be part of a team of 4 people. The team manages a portfolio of Enterprise clients, acting as the operational bridge between the customer and our internal support, engineering, and product squads. Manager information: Xavier Ruiz.
Your daily routine
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Enterprise clients
- Coordinate support, engineering, and product teams to ensure SLA compliance, incident resolution, and post-mortems
- Manage client adoption of Scaleway products, ensuring optimal use and value
- Co-lead Quarterly Service Reviews (QSR) and steering committees with C-Level executives, structuring meetings, compiling data, and defining action plans
- Provide cloud architecture guidance and cost optimization (FinOps) advice
- Handle critical incidents and act as a trusted advisor during crises
- Collect and prioritize product feedback from clients, collaborating with Sales and Product teams
- Ensure alignment between client needs, Scaleway roadmap, and business objectives
About You
HARDSKILLS : 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical consulting or high-level customer engineering role. Cloud Infrastructure expertise (IaaS, PaaS, S3, Kubernetes, Terraform). Strong Linux system administration and networking fundamentals. Proficiency in modern tooling (Jira, Salesforce, Metabase, Google Suite). Experience in complex migrations (on-prem to cloud or cloud-to-cloud) and scalable architectures.
SOFTSKILLS : Trilingual: Fluent in English, French, and Italian. Exceptional Communication: capable of speaking about business ROI with decision-makers and technical details with engineers. Diplomacy & Empathy: ability to build strong relationships and handle high-pressure crisis management. Analytical Mindset: proactive in identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions. Collaborative Spirit: valuing collective success over individual work.
