Context: As part of the platformization program for the new People Repository, interfaced with Salesforce and the IT system's contract management systems, the project relies on the Informatica IDMC (Cloud MDM) solution, as well as API and Kafka technologies, within an Agile Scrum team integrated into a SAFe train. Responsibilities:

• Serve as Tech Lead on the RPG platform. Participate in architecture and overall design work. Analyze requirements, conduct impact studies and workload estimates. Design and develop solutions, and perform unit testing. Ensure the performance, security, integrity, and scalability of applications. Prepare performance tests and monitor deployments. Produce industrialization and operational documentation. Develop monitoring and service quality improvement tools. Provide technical support to the development team. Liaise with Informatica. Required Skills Informatica IDMC (Master Data Management Cloud) API Management Kafka Java/Kafka Streams (KStream) Development Tech Lead and Application Architecture Experience Agile/Scrum/SAFe Environment Desired Skills Knowledge of the insurance sector Experience with personnel/MDM repositories Expertise in platform industrialization and monitoring Soft Skills Technical Leadership Excellent Communication Proactivity Team Spirit Rigor and a commitment to quality Constraints Occasional travel
