Project Manager (Business Analyst) – Supplementary Pension / Data

CONTEXT The consultant will initially intervene on the project; the remaining work mainly concerns the flows feeding the decision-making system.

• Manage projects and organize governance bodies. Coordinate business, technical, and development teams. Monitor the schedule, progress of deliverables, risks, and alerts. Prioritize business needs. Lead project committees, business meetings, and daily stand-ups. Provide functional and technical support to development teams. Participate directly in user acceptance testing and data integration. Manage production releases and deployments. Produce project and operational documentation. Monitor operational maintenance during the project phase and manage incidents. Support change management and ensure reporting.

Desired profile: The client is looking for an autonomous Project Manager (AMOA), capable of intervening in both project management and operational aspects, with a good technical background.

• Strong project management experience. Proficiency in V-model and Agile methodologies. Experience in business analysis, application management, and IT production. Experience in complex data or information systems environments. Knowledge of supplementary pension plans. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholders. Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.

Essential technical skills: SQL – reading, querying and data control; Databases – My

SQL or equivalent ; ETL – understanding of data integration tools, including Informatica; Batch / scheduler – experience with these environments; Deployment / Ticketing – Jenkins, Service

Now or equivalent. The environment also includes SAS, Power BI, Office 365, Service

SQL, Informatica, Jenkins and TWS, as well as several specific tools.

Deliverables: Project reporting, schedule/workload/deadline tracking, committee meeting materials and minutes, and communication plan. Summary of the desired profile: Note: Project Manager/Business Analyst profile with strong technical/data aptitude is required. Operational experience with SQL/Databases/ETL/Batch is essential. Knowledge of Supplementary Pension Schemes is a significant factor.
