Asenium Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for a Tech Recruiter who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and finding the right match between talent and opportunity. You’ll be part of an international team, working closely with consultants and clients across different countries, and recruiting IT & digital profiles for a variety of projects.

Tech Recruiter – English + Spanish or Portuguese speaker

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and digital roles: screening, interviews, candidate follow-up, feedback, and offer management.
• Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our internal database, and referrals.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, keeping everyone informed at each step.
• Write and publish clear, attractive job ads in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Keep our ATS up to date, ensuring accurate data and effective tracking of candidates and processes.
• Work closely with the business team to understand project needs and anticipate upcoming recruitment requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally 1 year of experience in IT or digital recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you know how to listen, challenge, and advise.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented, autonomous, and results-driven, with a proactive mindset.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
