Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader - H/F
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader (f/m) to join our Customer Services Department within the “Tech Data Organisations” based in Toulouse, France. The Tech data team is in charge of producing, delivering and supporting the Technical Data (TD) products and services for our Customers to safely and efficiently operate their aircraft. The Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader acts as the central nervous system for our teams responsible for delivering Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) and Flight Operations (F.OPS) products. You will act as the main point of contact for all internal stakeholders, ensuring that communication flows smoothly, that any unintended consequences of projects are managed, and that external partnerships (with subcontractors & vendors) develop harmoniously, shielding the technical teams from interference while ensuring they have the information and resources they need to succeed as far as possible.

Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as the single point of contact for technical data representatives, programme managers, authoring domains and other internal stakeholders.
- Simplify complex technical updates into clear communications during crisis situations.
- Facilitate regular synchronisations to align expectations and resolve conflicts between stakeholder needs and team capacity.
- Report discrepancies between expected and actual outcomes to stakeholders.
Project Integration & Impact Analysis
- Monitor the roadmap of all external projects impacting the teams’ activities.
- Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks before publication.
- Coordinate the implementation of changes from upstream projects to ensure minimal disruption to the teams.
Subcontractor & Vendor Relations
- Manage end‑to‑end relationships with third‑party vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor delivery quality, timelines and contractual compliance.
- Act as the escalation point for any issues involving external service providers.
Operational Coordination
- Streamline the flow of information between the two teams to ensure a unified voice to the outside world.
- Organise and lead cross‑functional workshops or steering committees with internal and external partners.
Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Ownership
- Create cross‑department operational team to devise the plan and manage disruption.
- Maintain up‑to‑date recovery steps for critical business functions in case of crisis.
- Ensure the operational team is trained and the BCP is regularly tested.
Profile & Background
- Connector: builds relationships, demonstrates leadership and influences stakeholders while managing crises.
- Translator: communicates data to technical managers and value to business leaders.
- Shield: proactively identifies risks and protects team focus.
- Background: significant advantage for knowledge of the Tech Data ecosystem; highly preferred experience in project management, operations or account management in a technical environment.
