IT & Data Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Data & Performance Management

• Ensure data reliability, accuracy, and consistency across systems
• Design and deliver actionable dashboards to support business decision-making
• Define and structure KPIs, promoting a strong data-driven culture
• Improve data governance practices and enhance data maturity across teams

IT Project Management

• Take ownership of key IT and data transformation projects
• Define and implement structured project methodologies and governance frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Support regulatory initiatives such as electronic invoicing implementation

Digital Transformation & Microsoft 365

• Lead deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot)
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
• Support teams in adopting new digital ways of working
• Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Drive transformation by addressing resistance to change through communication and training
• Promote digital adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a trusted internal advisor across business and IT stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in IT project management and digital transformation
• Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in evolving environments
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance and data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment

Technical Expertise

• Experience with data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Metabase or similar; SQL preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform
• Experience in process automation and digital workflow optimization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
• Experience bridging the gap between business teams and IT functions
