The role

As Team Leader / Project Manager, you will be in charge of the overall implementation of the contract: leading and coordinating the team of key and non-key experts, managing day-to-day communication with the contracting authority, and ensuring quality and timely reporting.

Qualifications And Skills

• University (or equivalent) degree in media, communication, audio-visual conception and production, marketing or advertising – or, in its absence, 5 additional years of professional experience in one of these fields (on top of the general professional experience below).
• English at C2 level demonstrated by certificate or relevant past experience.

General professional experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a field relevant to the contract.

Specific professional experience

• Minimum 5 years managing projects in at least one of the following fields: media, communication, audio-visual conception and production, marketing or advertising.
• Proven experience in managing a team.

Asset

• Experience in communication activities on EU policies in the Middle East, North Africa and Gulf region.
