Lead PM – EU Policy Communications (MENA/Gulf)

DEM - Desarrollo Multilateral, S.L. seeks a Team Leader / Project Manager to oversee the contract implementation for EU policy outreach in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf.

You will lead a team of experts, coordinate communications with the contracting authority and ensure timely reporting. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in related fields, at least 5 years managing projects, and English at C2 level.
