The role
We are hiring a Lead Business Development Representative to join our Paris team and accelerate growth across SMB and Mid-market. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you generate qualified pipeline while leading and structuring a team of 3‑4 SDRs, working closely with the founders and the go‑to‑market team.
What you’ll do:
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across SMB & Mid-market accounts.
- Lead, coach and structure a team of 4–5 BDRs, helping them improve outreach strategy, messaging and execution.
- Prospect C-level and IT executives through email, phone and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ensure the team consistently hits pipeline and meeting generation targets.
- Track performance metrics, refine outbound playbooks and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience mentoring, coaching or structuring BDR teams.
- Strong track record generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders in SMB and Mid-market accounts.
- Excellent communication, organization and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience working with modern sales tools and ideally HubSpot CRM.
