Context
In a high‑growth context, we are strengthening our sales team with a Business Development Representative (BDR) role focused on intelligent prospecting and opportunity creation. Our prospecting is not limited to pure cold outreach: it combines classic outbound, interest signals (inbound, marketing, product), and targeted research to engage the right accounts at the right time. The goal is simple: generate qualified sales meetings for the closing teams.
Main Mission
As an SDR, you are responsible for creating new sales opportunities, from account identification to booking qualified meetings, using multi‑channel and multi‑sequence approaches.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Account Activation
- Conduct multi‑channel prospecting activities: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn
- Leverage interest signals when available (inbound leads, marketing, product)
- When signals are absent, identify relevant entry points through research
- Target and contact B2B SMB and Mid‑market accounts
- Adapt the approach based on the prospect’s level of maturity
Research, Qualification & Meetings
- Analyze accounts: challenges, organization, context
- Identify and map the right contacts (decision‑makers, influencers)
- Effectively qualify needs and potential
- Create value from the first interactions
- Secure truly qualified sales meetings
- Maintain a clear and predictable sales pipeline
Sequence & Process Management
- Build and execute multi‑touch prospecting sequences
- Adjust messages and angles according to accounts and contacts
- Test and optimize scripts, sequences, and approaches
- Share field feedback with Sales & Marketing teams
Sales Technology
- Work with a modern sales stack: CRM, outreach tools, calling solutions, LinkedIn, chat, SaaS tools
- Keep the CRM rigorously up to date
- Track KPIs: activity, response rates, meetings, opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales / prospecting
- Solid experience in cold calling, with interest in signal‑based selling
- Comfortable with Sales tools and SaaS environments
- Curious, structured, and performance‑oriented mindset
Additional Requirements
- Professional English required
- Hunter mentality, tech‑savvy
Interview Process
- Pre‑screening call with HR: general discussion on background, motivations, and expectations, verification of basic requirements for the role.
- Interview with the manager: assessment of role fit, technical skills, and execution capabilities.
- Second interview with the manager + practical exercise: deep dive on remaining points, problem‑solving on concrete cases, mini‑sequence, and call simulation to test operational skills.
