Job Description
Location: Colmar (68), France – hybrid, 2 days remote/week
Our client, ENSO, is looking for a Team Lead to join their engineering team as they transform their on-premise ERP into a modern, scalable SaaS platform. ENSO builds technologies that automate and simplify temporary staffing and recruitment processes, providing solutions for temp agencies, user companies and HR/payroll services. Their products cover the full temporary work cycle: candidate sourcing, contract management, compliance, planning, time tracking, invoicing, and payroll.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading a team of 4–5 engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable SaaS solutions. This includes organizing work, removing blockers, and driving predictability and speed. You will actively contribute to development while ensuring technical excellence, conducting code reviews and maintaining high standards for performance, maintainability, and quality. You will guide architectural decisions, apply engineering standards, manage technical debt and continuously improve practices such as testing, CI/CD and observability. You will mentor team members, foster autonomy and ownership and create a demanding yet supportive environment that encourages growth and technical excellence.
Technical Skills
Strong experience in full-stack SaaS development
Solid technical culture: modular monoliths/microservices, APIs, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, security. .NET/Vue
Interest and experience in AI-assisted development (Copilot, Cursor, KiloCode, Claude Code, or equivalents).
Ability to make and own technical decisions.
Proficiency in English.
Experience
Previous technical lead role or significant responsibility within a development scope.
B2B SaaS experience highly valued.
Experience in temporary staffing, recruitment, HRIS, payroll, or B2B ERP appreciated.
Experience in transforming environments (overhaul, scaling, structuring) is a plus.
