We are hiring a Lead Account Executive to join our Paris team and own revenue growth across SMB and Mid-market. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you close deals while coaching and structuring a team of 3–4 AEs, working closely with the founders and the go‑to‑market team.
Your Impact
- Own and close new business across SMB & Mid‑market accounts, from discovery to signature.
- Lead, coach and structure a team of 3–4 AEs, helping them improve their sales process, deal execution and forecasting discipline.
- Manage a full sales cycle, engaging C‑level and IT executives across multiple touchpoints.
- Ensure the team consistently hits revenue and pipeline conversion targets.
- Track performance metrics, refine the sales playbook and share best practices across the GTM team.
- Work closely with BDRs, Marketing and Product to provide market feedback and improve win rates.
You will be a good fit if you:
- Have 5–8 years of experience in AE roles in B2B SaaS.
- Have a proven track record closing deals in SMB and Mid‑market.
- Have experience mentoring or structuring AE teams.
- Are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (CTO, IT Director, CFO).
- Are rigorous on pipeline management and forecasting.
- Have experience with modern sales tools and ideally HubSpot CRM.
