A+F Recruitment is partnering with an International Bank to recruit a Corporate Tax VP .

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join an expanding international finance team and lead local tax compliance across French and cross-border operations.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance with a functional link to the EMEA Head of Tax. The role will involve both operational tax compliance and strategic advisory work supporting wider business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee French corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing compliance
• Coordinate with EMEA tax leadership and external advisors on filings and audits
• Review local tax returns for accuracy and compliance
• Provide advice on tax structuring and process efficiency
• Implement and maintain a Tax Compliance Management Framework
• Monitor French and EU tax law developments and assess implications for the business

Requirements

• 5–7 years’ experience in corporate tax, ideally from a Big 4 background or within banking
• Strong knowledge of French tax law and transfer pricing principles
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exposure to international tax and multi-jurisdictional structures
