Talent Development & Learning Transformation Lead

Back Market is seeking a senior leader to own the Talent Development practice, shaping performance cycles, career pathways, and learning programs across the organisation. You will drive a unified framework for competency, promotion, and pay, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Rewards to ensure a consistent language and approach.

You’ll own the Workday Talent and Learning deployments, redesign the learning offer, and lead a small team of 2–3 FTE.
