Talent Development Apprentice

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

We are looking for our Talent Development Apprentice who will not only get to know more about our dynamic industry for a greener world but also participate in the HR Development initiatives and missions in our headquarters (HQ) in Nanterre.

• Support to the People Reviews and other Talent Committees preparation and follow-up (Data analytics, preparatory meetings with managers, etc)
• Participate to Corporate talent development initiatives (Career trajectory & strategic projects follow-up, VIE talent pool follow-up, high‑potential sponsoring, etc)
• Design and deploy Talent Development initiatives: mentoring, digital events and campaigns
• Follow Talent Development calendar and associated processes, driving campaigns and statistics (Annual Reviews, Talent Acquisition, Engagement…)
• Support management learning community worldwide
• Animate Talent Development community and lead the coordination and the follow‑up of key campaigns/communication actions
• Adhoc projects/missions

Your Profile and Competencies to Succeed

• A great curiosity and motivation to learn
• Good communication, organization, and planning skills
• Team spirit, international, agile mindset
• Writing and data analytics competencies
• Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Licence, preparing a Master in HR
• A previous internship experience is a plus
