Your missions

  • Talent Organization Development (70%)
  • Support the People Reviews and other Talent Committees preparation and follow-up (Data analytics, preparatory meetings with managers, etc)
  • Participate in global Seating talent development initiatives (VIE talent pool follow-up, high potential sponsoring, etc)
  • Support Seating global training plan design with Divisions
  • Support the coordination and the follow-up of the Yearly Performance Review
  • HR Project Coordination (30%)
  • Support Organizational transformation and Talent Organization Development
  • Participate in the implementation, coordination and communication of projects across the Business Group and the follow up with our Divisions
  • Be involved in ad hoc projects/missions

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Master’s degree student in Business / Human Resources field
  • Excellent communication, organization and planning skills
  • Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented
  • Team spirit and international mindset
  • Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English (working language)
