Overview

The BPO Production Planning & Scheduling is responsible for driving global excellence in production planning and scheduling by designing, standardizing, and optimizing processes that align supply with demand, ensure product availability, and minimize production inefficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of risk assessment, identification, and mitigation.
• Serve as a link with operational risk experts for identified operational risks within assigned perimeter.
• Ensure arbitration actions are undertaken for identified subset of suppliers using Moody’s data.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with RP Champions, affiliates, and category teams as needed.
• Coordinate Ecovadis & Sedex campaigns for the respective perimeter and for suppliers identified as risky.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply chain planning & scheduling.
• Experience with integrated business planning.
• Expertise with systems (SAP, Kinaxis, OMP).
• Data analytics for capacity and performance.
