Systems and Network Engineer

Overview

• Ensure the proper operation and availability of the infrastructure (AWS, end-user workstations, network)
• Improve and maintain development and production environments on AWS
• Automate deployments via CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Docker)
• Administer the Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
• Manage the device fleet, licenses and the user access lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding)
• Provide technical support to users
• Collaborate with the CISO on applying ISMS security policies and implementing controls
• Collaborate with the SOC: handling alerts, investigation, and remediation
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities (patch management, hardening)
• Ensure compliance with CIS Benchmarks (workstations, servers, AWS, M365)
• Oversee backups, BCP/DRP, and secrets and identity management

Requirements

• Degree in computer science (equivalent to Bachelor’s to Master’s level)
• Minimum 3 years\' experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, IaC (Terraform), and containerization
• Familiarity with security frameworks/standards (CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Rigour, autonomy, service-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
