ERP Consultant

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the integration, operation and optimization of IT environments
• Define hardware configurations suited to client needs
• Install and implement software solutions
• Validate the technical configurations implemented
• Write technical documentation (procedures, guides, deliverables)
• Design and structure technical architecture documentation
• Maintain client environments in operational condition
• Analyze and resolve technical incidents
• Participate in the continuous improvement of infrastructures

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a technical field (IT, Systems & Networks)
• Some experience in a systems environment (preferred)
• Service-oriented with the ability to respond effectively to requests
• Active listening and an ability to understand client needs
• Rigour and high standards for the quality of deliverables
• Commitment to project success
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
• A good command of English is a plus
