Responsibilities

• Missions
  • Ensure the performance and security of the company’s system and networks.
  • Manage and maintain the operation and use of one or more hardware or software components (tools, networks, databases, messaging) of the company.
  • Ensure the consistency, accessibility, and security of information.
  • Install, deploy, administer, and operate IT resources at one or more company sites.
• Network Administration
  • Manages and maintains network infrastructure and associated equipment.
  • Ensures network security by implementing appropriate security policies.
  • Monitors and optimizes network performance to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Manages network incidents and outages.
  • Troubleshoots technical problems and provides technical support to users.
  • Regularly updates systems to protect against security threats.
  • Documents network procedures.
  • Manages access rights and configures network equipment.
  • Performs maintenance and repairs.
  • Prevents risks by managing risk assessment, identifying solutions, and taking action based on diagnostics.
• System Administration
  • Participates in the proper functioning of information systems (ERP, HRIS, etc.).
  • Organizes and manages the prevention of incidents and malfunctions.
  • Ensures that various system and/or communication tools and infrastructures (voice, video, servers, web, mobile) are up to date for quality, productivity, and security.
  • Supports and trains users on their tools.

Desired Profile

• Education / Experience
  • Professional License in IT: Administration and Security of Systems and Networks.
  • Master’s in Networks and Services or Networks and Cybersecurity.
  • 3 years of experience in IT in an industrial environment.
• Technical skills
  • Knowledge of system architecture and functionality.
  • IT environment.
  • Knowledge of IT, network, and telephony market.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and market players.
  • Mastery of technical specifications in their domain.
  • Mastery of operating systems, networks, computer operation, IT security.
  • Mastery of security standards and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Internet environment (techniques and web development tools).
  • Skills in cybersecurity and IT security levels.
