What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement system architectures that meet the needs of clients while adhering to security protocols.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system designs, configurations, and integration processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients throughout the system lifecycle.
• Participate in project planning and management, ensuring that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into system integration efforts.
• Facilitate training sessions for users and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of new systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and integration processes.
• Prepare and present reports on system performance and integration status to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration or a related field, preferably within the defense or intelligence sectors.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and integration methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, and familiarity with scripting languages.
• Experience with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux, and knowledge of networking protocols.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools to streamline integration processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
