Supply Chain Operations Manager

• In charge of driving S&OP process at all sites and review meetings
• Develop planning dashboards, KPIs, and reporting standards across sites
• Consolidate and analyze demand forecasts and capacity plans
• Balance demand and production capacity through scenario planning and volume allocation
• Challenge demand, supply, and sourcing plans to ensure operational readiness
• Coordinate with the process / equipment engineering to align on the machine order / installation and capacity plan activation
• Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions for deviations
• Support long-term capacity planning, equipment investments, and expansion strategies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in S&OP / Operations ideally in manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (SAP preferred)
