The ReInvent Group is looking to engage with SuccessFactors Employee Central consultants in Paris, France, on a freelance basis to support our customer on day-to-day SuccessFactors system maintenance as well as upcoming project initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years minimum working within the SuccessFactors ecosystem, specialising in the Employee Central module. Experience in the Compensation module would also be beneficial
• Expertise in implementation, configuration, and optimisation
• Optimise the SuccessFactors EC module in alignment with their organisational goals
• Provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders to support effective system adoption
• Ability to lead and guide technical support teams to drive best results for the Customer
• Relevant certifications for SAP SuccessFactors are a plus
• A bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field is preferred
