Subcontract Manager reporting directly to the Head of Subcontract.

Mission & Responsibilities

At Home Office

• Participate in subcontracting management strategy development.
• Implement and perform subcontracting management process (prime contract flow down, procedures issuance, bidder long list, master bid package, construction manhours estimate, evaluation of subcontractors).
• Perform negotiation, formation and award of formal subcontracts.

At Site

• Ensure field administration of subcontracts (change orders, back‑charges management, invoicing, contractual letters) until closeout.
• Protect Technip Energies from claims, disputes and arbitration.
• Ensure formal assessment of subcontractors’ performance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in subcontracting activities, including proposal and execution phases.
• Engineer grade, good understanding of the Oil & Gas environment and technical disciplines such as civil, piping, equipment, electrical, instrumentation.
• Good interpersonal and influential skills.
• Open‑minded, agile, flexible.
• Fluency in professional English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
