The Role

We are looking for a Personal Shopper Supervisor to join our team on a temporary basis (Maternity Leave Cover) .

In this hands-on role, you will coordinate and support a remote network of freelance Personal Shoppers, ensuring they deliver high-quality styling services aligned with our company standards and deadlines. You will monitor service quality and operational metrics, act as the main point of contact for our freelancers, and actively perform Personal Shopper duties yourself to remain the benchmark for operational excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Freelance Network Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for freelance Personal Shoppers. You will onboard them to brand guidelines, resolve daily operational doubts, and ensure smooth, collaborative workflows.

Quality & Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics (such as Average Order Value, Keep Rate, Success Rate, and delivery deadlines). Identify gaps in service quality and share data-driven insights or best practices to help the network optimize results.

Daily Operations: Oversee the workflow and availability of the freelance network, ensuring capacity meets customer demand and styling boxes are delivered on time.
