You are expected deliver a personalized and elevated shopping experience to clients by offering expert styling advice, building strong relationships, and supporting the growth of the Personal Shopping service. The Personal Shopper operates within a structured, high-standard environment and is supported in their development.

What you will be doing

Client Development & Relationship Building

Support the development of a personal client base by nurturing existing clients, introducing new ones, and leveraging referrals.

Identify clienteling opportunities and actively animate their client portfolio.

Communicate with clients using their preferred channels (email, phone, Whats

App, etc.) to maintain long-term loyalty.

Styling & Product Expertise

Offer personalized styling advice and introduce clients to new products and brands.

Stay ahead of fashion trends and luxury industry developments.

Attend brand trainings to continuously enhance product knowledge.

Confidently suggest clothing and accessories that go beyond the client’s usual choices.

Client Appointment Preparation & Follow-up

Prepare product selections tailored to each client’s profile and needs.

Assist in the coordination of appointments and ensure seamless logistics.

Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles in the CRM system.
