Job Description

You join the team Agency & Working Capital as Agent Manager – Structured Commodities (team dedicated to setting up and monitoring structured financing agents within the Global Trade Structured Export Solutions & Commodity Trade Finance remit areas).

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Carry out the implementation of new operations;
• Ensure compliance control of the portfolio;
• Ensure portfolio monitoring by ensuring control of credit and operational risks (syndication, endorsements, contractual obligations, valuation of collateral, etc.);
• Contribute to cross-functional projects beyond the team’s remit;
• Create a relationship of trust with the client and other internal and external stakeholders of the Bank.

As Agent Manager – Structured Commodities , you participate in the preferred interface with the Front Office, legal departments, risks, treasury and lawyers in order to better understand the challenges of the projects financed for Natixis.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If this is your description, you are made to work with us!With a higher education, you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Middle Office positions in the field of structured finance or similar functions.

You master:

• Commodity financing;
• The role of Agent;
• Trade Finance products (documentary credit, Stand-By Letter of Credit...).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Rigorous;
• Reactive;
• Curious.

You master English with a B2 level.
