Job Description

You are joining the Structured export finance team as VP.

Do you have the ambition to work in a dynamic and demanding international environment? Natixis offers you the opportunity to join our Structured Export Solutions team. As VP, you will be at the heart of financing major international contracts/investments supported by Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) in diversified sectors such as Energy Transition, Social Infrastructure, Power or Digital.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Actively participate in origination by preparing and presenting targeted client pitches on export projects with a specific focus on the Power, Renewable, and Digital sectors;
• Conduct sector and geographic research to feed into our analyses and recommendations;
• Drafting presentation files for our internal decision-making bodies;
• Collaborate with international, sectoral, and legal teams to structure financing offers that meet the specificities of each project under consideration;
• Participate in the execution of settlement mandates won by the team as a lead or co-lead.

You will regularly interact with our clients and external partners: European exporters, international borrowers, export credit agencies, legal firms, other financial institutions, consultants...

You will also be in regular contact with many other departments of the bank both in France and abroad: Coverage, Project Finance, Sector Managers, Country and Credit Risk, Engineers, Environmental & Societal Risk, Syndication, Legal, Compliance, etc.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education, you have at least 8 years of experience in functions related to structured finance with international counterparties.

You master:

• The origination, structuring, and arrangement of international transactions involving different counterparties;
• Customer relations and are able to analyze complex structures.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Team player with a strong ability to work in a cross-functional manner in an international context
• Proactive, know how to take initiative and are committed to contributing to collective success.

You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
