We help our clients address their most pressing strategic issues to unlock new sources of growth via business acceleration, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, and data transformation.

In the context of our development we are looking for experienced professionals to join the team in Paris.

You will typically lead a team of 2-5 consultants to help clients design their strategies, transform their business, or achieve new performance highs.

Main Missions Will Be

• Manage client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time and to budget
• Manage day to day client relations and builds long-term relationships with client
• Structure the problem-solving process and develops project schedules, assigns work to team members. Lead team members and provides on the job training and coaching
• Support lead generation and project acquisition with proposal preparation and presentation
• Provide topical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams
• Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as part of our thought leadership initiatives
• Contribute to the development and management of one of Emerton practices through involvement in, for example, recruitment, training, and marketing
