About Do Well Do Good
Founded in 2017 by Sébastien Frendo, Do Well Do Good is a strategy consulting firm built on two beliefs: the company of tomorrow must be sustainable (“Do Good”), and sustainable solutions must outperform traditional ones (“Do Well”).
The firm brings together consultants from top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and former senior executives from major companies (Valeo, Renault, EDF, Stellantis, Orano). It supports executive committees on strategic and operational topics across four sectors: energy transition, low‑carbon mobility, sustainable construction, and circular economy.
Do Well Do Good has delivered over 150 consulting projects for more than 50 clients in 30 countries, including EDF, Enedis, Saint‑Gobain, Valeo, BNP Paribas, GE, Michelin, Systra, Forvia, Hutchinson, the World Bank, and AFD.
Strategy Consultant
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Paris. As Strategy Consultant, you will be at the core of strategic projects, working closely with other consultants, managers, partners and clients.
You will be involved in:
- Analyzing complex problems and structuring strategic recommendations
- Conducting in‑depth quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Contributing to the preparation of materials for senior leadership (Executive Committee, Board)
- Supporting strategic thinking and high‑level decision‑making
- Working in a demanding, collaborative, and highly learning‑oriented environment
Profile
Requirements:
- Master degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
- High intellectual curiosity and interest in energy, mobility, construction, circular economy and decarbonisation topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional level of English
- Past experience in a tier‑1 strategy consulting firm is highly appreciated
