You will be a core member of BCG’s People & Organization Practice working alongside some of the world’s top minds in the industry. You will also significantly contribute to the development of the Practice Area and support our ambitious growth targets.Ideal candidates have passion for and expertise in People & Organization topics, especially in People Strategy, Capabilities Building, Culture and Talent Management, Organization and Operating Model Design topics across one or multiple industries.You Will Also Dedicate Time To Further Develop And Deepen BCG’s Expertise In People & Organization, As Well As Supporting BCG Partners In Business Development Initiatives. For Example, You Will Work To

• Implement a comprehensive organizational transformation to enhance productivity and employee engagement in a multinational corporation
• Develop talent management strategies for a tech firm
• Design a change management plan for a healthcare provider
• Implement a diversity and inclusion initiative for a financial institution
• Lead a workforce planning and development program for a retail company
• Conduct a culture and engagement survey for a manufacturing company
• Develop a leadership development program for a pharmaceutical company
• Lead a performance management system overhaul for an oil & gas company
• Field a human capital strategy for a digital transformation project

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of consulting experience OR a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experience.
• Deep expertise and knowledge across People & Organization topics, with a special focus on such topics as People Strategy, Capabilities Building, Culture and Talent Management, Organization and Operating Model Design.
• Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
• Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
• Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
