This role will be responsible for contributing to strategic and transformation projects, supporting project leaders in the Functions or the Countries, conducting in-depth analyses and contributing to delivering actionable recommendations as well as contributing to the dynamics of the internal network of Strategy contributors.**RESPONSIBILITIES**As a Strategy Analyst, you will be assigned a portfolio of projects and work packages. These could include the following types of activities: ● Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.● Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance● Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisiting operational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates definition)● Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives. Support Project Managers in steering or delivering their projects, possibly taking responsibility of the delivery of specific work packages.● Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives● Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing, contribute to all initiatives in this area● Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team**INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS**● Internal: All functions and organizations, project leaders, network of Transformation / Strategy leaders in the Business Units / Countries, Function / Country directors● External: Partners, suppliers, other companies (benchmarks), consultancy / market study**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE**● A first experience of 2 years ideally in management consulting. Or 3 years of experience in a strategy or corporate development department● Master’s Degree from Business school or an Engineering degree**LANGUAGES:*
