We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement & contract manager to join ourteam.

This role is critical in ensuring that our contracts align withcompany objectives, mitigate risks, and drive value through effective negotiations. Theideal candidate will have a strong legal background, exceptional negotiation skills, andexperience in managing complex procurement contracts. Your next missions :

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and serviceproviders to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.

- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operationsteams, to align contract terms with business goals.

- Lead contract negotiations to secure the best commercial and legal terms while fostering strong supplier relationships.- Monitor contract performance, enforce obligations, and manage contractrenewals or terminations as needed.- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices inprocurement and contract management.- Develop and maintain contract templates, guidelines, and policies tostandardize processes and improve efficiency.- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract management bestpractices.

Expected skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, ora related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management & procurement.

• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to balance business objectives and legal considerations.

• Knowledge of contract law, compliance regulations, and riskmanagement principles is a real plus.

• Experience managing complex supplier contracts and agreements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence andcollaborate across departments.

• Proficiency in contract management software and procurement tools is a plus.

• Fluent in French & English (German is a nice to have)
