Strategic Premier Success Manager (Remote - France)

Extreme Networks is looking for a Premier Success Manager to provide exceptional support for strategic customers. You will act as their primary advocate and guide them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal phases while ensuring their success through metrics like NPS and CSAT.

The role requires a B.S. degree in a related field, a strong background in customer support, and exceptional communication skills in both French and English. This is a remote position based in France.
