We are supporting a fast-growing European scale-up that is transforming how consumers manage essential services. As part of its expansion in France, the company is building a new B2B segment within the real estate ecosystem.
This is not a farming role. You will be at the frontline of market expansion , responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new strategic partnerships from scratch.
If you like opening doors where nothing exists yet, this role is for you.
Your mission: open the market from scratch and close partnerships.
What you’ll actually do:
- Build your own pipeline from zero (outbound, cold outreach, hustle)
- Target real estate players (agencies, property managers, new segments)
- Close partnership deals end-to-end
- Activate partners and generate business impact
- Help structure a new growth channel
Who we want:
- 1–3 years experience in sales / BD / partnerships
- Business school background
- Proven hunter mindset : you generate your own opportunities
- Comfortable with rejection, volume, and closing
- Strong presence: you know how to pitch and convince
