Our client, a well-established hotel in Paris, is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to support revenue growth through proactive sales and client relationship development. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality sales professional to join a dynamic team in one of Europe’s leading tourism and business destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group travel segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Conduct client meetings, hotel presentations, and site inspections
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and group bookings in line with revenue strategy
- Collaborate with the revenue and marketing teams to maximise occupancy and profitability
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings where required
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM and report on sales activity and performance
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or business development within the hotel sector
- Strong understanding of the Paris hospitality market and corporate travel landscape
- Proven ability to generate new business and meet revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
