As the true conductor of operations, you lead a team of Project Leads and ensure operational excellence and strong usage growth across a portfolio of strategic projects.

You report directly to the COO and work cross‑functionally with all key teams.

You actively support your teams in driving adoption and engagement, ensuring the success and impact of each client project.

Beyond execution, you play a key role in structuring, optimizing, and scaling our operations in an international environment.

Missions

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage and support a team of Project Leads (with diverse profiles and experience levels, and potentially manage teams across different countries)
  • Provide clarity, structure, and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment
  • Help teams manage complex and demanding client portfolios
  • Support Project Leads in driving usage and adoption to ensure the success of client projects
  • Identify risks, arbitrate, and support decision‑making

Strategic Vision & Performance

  • Monitor operational and financial performance of projects
  • Deliver high‑value analysis and recommendations to the COO
  • Identify improvement levers and drive their implementation
  • Ensure achievement of performance and client satisfaction targets

    Structuring & Scaling Operations

    • Structure processes to support growth and improve efficiency
    • Build and continuously improve a robust and scalable operational playbook
    • Standardise practices across teams and projects
    • Identify and deploy tools (especially AI‑driven) to automate and optimise client support
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Growth teams across multiple geographies

    We are looking for a structured, analytical, and impact‑driven profile, comfortable in a demanding and fast‑growing environment.

    Significant experience in operations, strategy consulting, or a high‑performance environment (scale‑up, consulting firm, etc.).

    Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

    Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously with rigor and composure.

    Strong ability to step back, improve processes, and bring structure.

    Natural leadership and ability to grow and develop a team.

    Comfortable navigating complex, constantly evolving environments.

    Appetite for challenges and ambitious environments.

    Fluency in both French and English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
