Project Manager Operations

Overview

As a Project Manager Operations Intern, you will join the Business Operations Team in Paris and work closely with the Operations Manager and Head of Business Operations.

Within the Business Operations team, you will actively contribute to the management and monitoring of operations across all cities where the company is deployed. You will be involved in diverse, hands‑on, high‑impact projects, including new city launches, optimisation of maintenance and deployment processes, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor new city launches
• Optimise processes for maintenance and deployment
• Support logistics operations
• Coordinate operational projects from planning to execution, ensuring tasks run smoothly and mobilising the right teams and resources
• Improve and maintain vehicle fleets for safety or aesthetic reasons
• Organise fleet transfers between cities
• Manage warehouse moves and optimise local hubs
• Handle unexpected operational issues and supply‑chain challenges
• Conduct quality audits across different cities
• Recruit and train local teams
• Transport, assemble, and activate vehicles for the new city
• Define operational areas, parking zones, and vehicle drop‑off points
• Test and validate the app on‑site
• Build local partnerships and support pre‑launch demonstrations with city officials
• Lead the official launch on Day One and monitor post‑launch processes for improvement
• Support and coordinate projects, set priorities, track progress, and anticipate potential issues
• Contribute to the launch of e‑scooters in Bordeaux and other high‑impact projects
• Ensure direct and tangible impact on operations

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a top engineering or business school, looking for a gap year or final‑year internship
• Previous experience in project management, mobility, or maintenance is a plus
• Hands‑on mindset: comfortable with practical, on‑the‑ground tasks and a strong interest in operations
• Results‑driven: strong problem‑solving skills and a practical mindset
• Adaptable: comfortable working in a fast‑moving, constantly evolving environment
• Fluent in French and English
