Strategic HR Partner — France (Manufacturing)

Fedrigoni Group, based in France, seeks an HRBP to coordinate all HR topics for the country, reporting to the BU HR Director and the local General Manager. You will cover production site Zuber Rieder and the commercial subsidiary, shaping partnerships with management and Group HR.

You will define local HR strategy, manage payroll, HRIS, employee lifecycle, labor relations, and recruitment while ensuring compliance with French labor law and company policies.
