Onsite HRBP & People Ops Leader, Manufacturing Site

Harmattan AI is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/HRBP to operate as the sole HR presence on our Orly site. You will manage contracts, payroll inputs, onboarding, and day-to-day HR duties in line with French Labour Code and industrial best practices.

You will partner with site leadership to deliver pragmatic HR solutions, maintain HRIS records, oversee safety compliance, and drive training coordination. Fluency in FR and EN is required.
