About the Role

sunday is looking for a Strategic Finance Intern with previous experience in financial operations, modeling, budgeting and forecasting. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing company and to define the future of restaurant payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and business analysis: Support our FP&A efforts in contributing to cash flow analysis, monthly financial reporting, operational KPI tracking and ad-hoc analytical needs
• Actively contribute to strategic finance projects: Play a key role in strategic finance initiatives by supporting investor relations, preparing for fundraising activities, conducting market research, and performing competitive benchmarking
• Support strategic projects & process improvement: Assist with strategic projects by exploring ways to improve current processes and sharing ideas for practical solutions. Participate in finance team initiatives to help achieve our larger company goals
• Actively contribute to our daily financial operations - Support daily financial processes related to Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) and maintain regular communication with our operational teams to ensure smooth, efficient financial operations and support across functions
