Webbing is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic, enterprise customers in the United States. You will shepherd customers from deployment through renewal, driving adoption and growth while aligning with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
Responsibilities include building executive relationships, conducting EBRS, and coordinating onboarding, cadence meetings, and expansion opportunities. Travel to customer sites is expected as needed.
