Partner Sales Manager

Location: Boulogne Billancourt

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive partner relationships
  • Implement business plan with measurable KPIs to ensure meeting/exceeding channel revenue goals
  • Develop capacity plan and coverage model for sustainable 2-3 year growth
  • Recruit new partners for IT and IP products
  • Recruit new partners for industry
  • Work closely with AM to ensure consistency in engagement model and sales execution
  • Drive channel compliance in certifications and training

Professional Knowledge & Qualifications

  • More than 5 or 8 years of experience building and leading world‑class, revenue‑generation partner business models
  • Experience in main partner ecosystem preferred
  • Proven expertise in orchestrating the development of top‑tier partners and establishing long‑term mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Proven experience in recruiting, enabling and developing partners to execute on business plans
  • Track record in creating strategic deals with partners from first call to signed contract
  • Consistent track record in exceeding partner‑driven sales quotas and development goals
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work across sales, marketing, presales, and ensure appropriate enablement activities are undertaken
  • Adaptable and highly self‑motivated

Business Skills

  • Have a keen sense of industry and the ability to capture new opportunities by analyzing industry trends
  • Have industry influence, able to engage in high‑end dialogues with industry organizations and promote industry consensus
  • Have strong customer communication and influence skills
