Strategic Business Development Lead
We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Lead to join our Enterprise Sales team across EMEA.
In this role, you will help build and scale the Enterprise sourcing engine at 360Learning, driving pipeline generation across some of the largest organizations in Europe.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands‑on: someone who enjoys thinking about how to approach complex Enterprise accounts, designing targeted outbound strategies and campaigns, but also someone capable of rolling up their sleeves to execute them.
You will contribute to defining how we generate pipeline at scale within Enterprise accounts: identifying the right segments, structuring targeted campaigns, supporting event‑driven outreach, and engaging senior stakeholders in strategic accounts.
Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Key Account Managers, Marketing and Sales Operations, you will help turn sourcing initiatives into repeatable programs and scalable playbooks that strengthen our Enterprise pipeline generation across EMEA.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on execution to help shape the future of Enterprise prospecting at 360Learning.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Become a convexity master thanks to our onboarding process
- Develop a strong understanding of our product, value proposition, and Enterprise buyer personas
- Discover the Enterprise EMEA account landscape and priority segments
- Align with Enterprise AEs, KAMs, and Marketing on key outbound initiatives
Within 3 months, you will:
- Define the initial EMEA Enterprise Outbound strategy and roadmap
- Launch and execute your first targeted strategic campaigns within named accounts
- Be the point of contact to report on Enterprise sourcing performance and early experimental results
- Successfully generate high‑value qualified meetings with senior stakeholders in strategic accounts
Within 6 months, you will:
- Build the "Enterprise Outbound Playbook": identifying successful strategies and turning them into repeatable programs
- Contribute as a subject‑matter expert on Enterprise prospecting best practices, sharing knowledge with the wider organization
- Operate multiple strategic campaigns across EMEA segments and regions
Within 12 months, you will:
- Have fully architected a scalable Enterprise sourcing machine
- Be fully autonomous and accountable on your scope, having turned experimental initiatives into a core driver of EMEA revenue
- Prepare for your next step within 360Learning, ensuring your key learnings and efficiency improvements are documented and handed over
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities generated
The Skill Set
- Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
- First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, in a customer facing role / Marketing/ Ops functions
- Experience working with Enterprise or large accounts is a strong plus
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales and marketing teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement platforms (Salesloft preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Fluent English required (additional European languages are a plus)
