Overview
As an Enterprise Account Executive, Broadcast & Media, EMEA at ScorePlay, you will own the full sales cycle for the Broadcast & Media vertical across Europe, selling directly to broadcasters and production companies, developing channel partnerships with systems integrators where the buying motion requires it, and orchestrating the dynamic between all three.
You'll run a focused book of approximately 25 named accounts (top broadcasters, production houses, host broadcasters), build pipeline through events, warm introductions, integrator referrals, and targeted outreach, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals that land ScorePlay inside broadcast infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Execution & Strategic Deal Closing
Own the full sales cycle for your accounts: discovery, value mapping, ROI building, proposals, negotiation, and close.
Build multi-threaded relationships across Production, Content, Digital, IT, and Executive stakeholders within target accounts.
Create mutual close plans, manage legal and commercial steps, and maintain accurate forecasts.
Run structured, consultative discovery with multiple personas to understand pains, current workflows, and business impact.
Craft clear narratives and product demos that resonate with both senior non-technical and technical buyers.
Partner with Solutions and Customer Success on evaluations and proof phases.
Pipeline Development & Relationship Management
Build tiered account plans for your target list - including org maps, incumbent tools, contract timelines, integrator footprint per account, expected buying motion (direct, integrator-led, or broadcaster-prescribed), and entry strategies.
Generate pipeline through events (IBC, SVG, etc.), warm introductions, integrator referrals, broadcaster prescriptions, and targeted outreach.
Identify and cultivate champions inside broadcaster organisations who can influence integrator selection, RFP wording, and architecture decisions.
Nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the vertical.
Channel & Integrator Development
Develop and leverage relationships with broadcast systems integrators and channel partners across EMEA (e.g., Qvest, Video Progetti, Globecast, BCE, TSA, TBS) where the buying motion requires a partner-led or co-sell approach.
Build a country-by-country map of the integrator landscape, identify the right partners per geography and per account, and prioritize where ScorePlay needs presence.
Drive joint pipeline with partners: co-selling on named accounts, joint account planning, RFP collaboration, and aligned commercial motions.
Enable partner teams on ScorePlay's product, positioning, and demo flow so they can credibly carry our story into their own customer conversations.
Coordinate the three-way motion - broadcaster, integrator, ScorePlay - so direct relationships and channel relationships reinforce each other rather than compete.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Customer Success on handovers and early adoption to set accounts up for expansion.
Share market feedback with Product and Engineering to help shape the roadmap.
Partner with Marketing on case studies, reference wins, event strategy, and integrator co-marketing.
What We're Looking For :
Sharp, curious, and technically capable: you can quickly understand a complex product and articulate its value to senior stakeholders.
Strategic and results-driven: you navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and secure long-term partnerships, not just individual transactions.
Hungry and self-starting: comfortable building pipeline in a high-growth environment where you own the outcome.
5–6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience navigating both direct sales and channel / partner-led motions, and comfort orchestrating both inside the same account.
Fluent in English. German, French, or Spanish are strong pluses.
Nice to have, not required
Experience selling into media, sports, or content-focused organisations.
Existing relationships with broadcast or media systems integrators in one or more EMEA markets.
Experience with media technology — e.g., live production, contribution, editing, archives, or distribution.
Why ScorePlay?
Real traction, not a blank page: enterprise clients are already on board, there's live pipeline, and the product has clear market momentum.
Day-one impact: you'll close meaningful deals immediately, not spend six months building foundations.
Long-term upside: you're building the playbook that defines ScorePlay's broadcast business in EMEA, with the equity and career trajectory that comes with it.
Strategic vertical ownership: full autonomy across direct broadcaster sales, channel partner development, and the orchestration between the two.
World-class client base: work with top sports leagues, major broadcasters, and rights holders modernizing how they manage and distribute media.
Strong internal support: experienced Product, Tech, CS, and Marketing teams to collaborate with as you shape the go-to-market across Europe.
We know many people hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every single requirement on a job description. If you’re interested in ScorePlay but not sure you tick all the boxes, we’d still love to hear from you, this could be the start of a great long-term collaboration.
