We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Paris or Northern France and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring client satisfaction in Inspection services.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Drive New Business – Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts.
  • Build Strong Relationships – Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust.
  • Lead Sales Initiatives – Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth.
  • Innovate with New Offerings – Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs.
  • Contribute to Bids – Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process.
  • Local Leadership – Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities.
  • Achieve Performance Goals – Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success.
  • Develop Strategic Plans – Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities.
  • Manage Pipelines – Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional / global teams.

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a comparable role in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience of working with large strategic organisations to develop sales solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing contract values with large accounts through year-on-year double digit growth.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior level audience.
  • Experience in managing quotations, bids and proposals, including knowledge of pricing strategies to achieve required margin.
  • Knowledge of the business assurance sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
