- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and longer deal timelines
- Demonstrated ability to land initial deals and expand them over time within key accounts
- Strong ability to generate and prioritize pipeline within high‑value accounts, balancing outbound prospecting with strategic account development
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, evolving environment with increasing market maturity

What the job involves
- As a Strategic Account Executive at Hiya, you will be responsible for driving Hiya Connect new business across strategic and large mid‑market accounts in France
- You’ll partner with marketing and SDRs to generate pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver measurable revenue growth
- You will focus on a smaller number of higher‑value opportunities, navigating multi‑stakeholder buying groups and building long‑term relationships that enable both initial wins and future expansion
- You will educate prospects on how Hiya Connect can transform their outbound voice strategy and improve customer engagement, while building long‑term partnerships that set the foundation for expansion
- This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a high‑growth SaaS environment and enjoys closing and expanding deals in the 50k–150k+ ACV range, balancing speed with strategic account development
- Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close across strategic French accounts
- Partner with SDRs, marketing, and partner channels to create and qualify pipeline within high‑value target accounts
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution‑focused presentations tailored to customer needs
- Build and maintain multi‑threaded relationships across senior stakeholders, including sales leadership, operations, customer experience, and executive decision‑makers
- Develop and execute account plans that identify expansion opportunities, stakeholder mapping, and long‑term revenue growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed quota by driving new ARR and expansion within strategic accounts
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue, maintaining disciplined use of CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to ensure customer success and smooth handoffs
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Hiya effectively
- Status: Full‑time (40 hours per week)
